At Cumfies, we are committed to offering you the best customer experience. When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation message.

Please note, we ship Monday through Friday only.

Australia Post will not leave parcels without a signature. We require a signature upon delivery, so please have someone at the delivery address to sign for your order. However, if you’re not home when the order is delivered, a card will be left to collect it from your local post office. You will find information about the post office location on the card left by the courier.

We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and all our pricing is true and correct. If in the unlikely event we have listed an item that isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you within 3 business days to discuss an alternative product, a back order date or a full refund.
