How do I find my size?
We recommend measuring your foot for the most accurate fit. If you wear thick socks, keep in mind that your feet will need a little extra room. It’s also worth considering the purpose of the shoe, whether you’re after a snug performance fit or a more relaxed, comfortable feel, as this can influence the size you choose. Our shoes are made to custom sizes, and most people find the right fit by starting with their measurements and going from there.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to over 25 countries worldwide. Shipping times vary by location, but we handle all the details so you don’t have to worry.
What's your return policy?
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your unworn shoes within 20 days of your invoice date for a full refund on the cost of the shoes (excluding postage). Return postage is at your expense, and items must be in their original condition, unworn, unscuffed, and undamaged.
If you’ve received a faulty item, we’ve got you covered. Just email us at cumfies.shoes@gmail.com with photos of the fault and we’ll take care of it. If it’s confirmed faulty, we’ll send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund including postage if we’re out of stock.
