Warranty

Cumfies shoes come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the shoes repaired or replaced if the shoes are not of acceptable quality or do not match the description that you relied on when buying the shoes.

 

Returns & Refunds

Because of changes made by our supplier in manufacturing and variations between what is displayed either in print or electronically there may be minor variations in the colour of our Cumfies shoes. This is not considered a fault or misdescription.

We take care to inspect all our products carefully for faults before dispatch.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, including where the wrong size * or colour has been selected.

 

Faulty shoes

  • Email cumfies.shoes@gmail.com with photographs of the fault and your order details, and we will get back to you with next steps.
  • If you do not receive a response within 3 business days, text us on 0494 650 571.
  • If we consider the goods are faulty or defective we will send you a reply paid post label
  • Carefully post your shoes back to the address provided in a postage bag.
  • Return the item promptly.
 

Wrong size

  • In ordering your Cumfies we stress that you should measure your feet and use our size chart and take account of what you wear on your feet with your Cumfies.

However we understand that buying shoes online is difficult and we will exchange your Cumfies for another size. As a gesture of goodwill we will pay the cost to send you an exchange pair (limited to Australia) if you:

  • Contact us by email providing your order details and the new size you require.
  • We will check our stock and notify you if we have the new size the colour in stock. If not in stock, we will let you know any available alternative.
  • We will provide you with a return address. Mail the shoes back to us. Postage is at your cost.
  • The shoes must be unworn and in their original condition not soiled, scuffed, or damaged (When trying shoes on, test them on carpet only to keep them in returnable condition.)
  • When we receive the shoes, we will mail you the replacement pair.
  • If we don’t have a satisfactory replacement, we will refund you the purchase price (less the cost of sending them to you) after you send back the shoes in original condition.
 

Refunds

We process most returns within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

Once we initiate the credit, the date the refund appears on your account is determined by your bank or payment provider, this can take up to two billing cycles. For exact posting dates, contact your bank directly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after we have confirmed it was processed:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take time before the refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank, as processing times vary.
  • If you have completed all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at cumfies.shoes@gmail.com.

Items returned that are assessed as not faulty will not be eligible for a full refund, and the customer will bear the return postage costs.

Sale Items

We are unable to offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please place a new order at cumfies.com.au. We cannot guarantee that the desired item will be in stock when your new order is placed.
