We want you to feel confident in your choice. If the shoes aren’t right for you, you can return your unworn purchase within 20 days of your invoice date for a full refund of the shoe cost, excluding postage where applicable.
Delivery & Returns
We dispatch all orders promptly and inspect every pair before they leave us. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return your unworn shoes within 20 days of your invoice date for a full refund on the cost of the shoes (excluding postage). Items must be in their original condition unworn, unscuffed, and undamaged. Return postage is at your expense.

Custom Sizing (How to Find Your Size)
Our shoe sizes are a smaller fit than some international fittings. The measurements below are of the inner sole, which is the internal length and width of the shoe.
To get the right fit, measure the length and width of your feet and add 1cm to 1.5cm. This allows for socks or stockings (if you wear them) and feet swelling if you're standing for a long time.

How to Measure Your Feet
All you need is a piece of paper, a pen and a ruler. Takes two minutes.
Width measured across the widest part of the foot- Set up on a hard floor. Place a sheet of paper flat against a wall. Stand on it with your heel touching the wall. Wear the socks you'd normally wear with your Cumfies.
- Mark your longest toe. Keeping your weight on that foot, mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper. It's easier if someone helps, but you can bend down and do it yourself.
- Measure the length. Step off and measure from the edge of the paper (where your heel was) to the mark, in centimetres.
- Measure the width. Stand on the paper again and mark the widest points on each side of your foot, usually across the ball of the foot. Measure between the marks.
- Repeat with the other foot. Most people have one foot slightly bigger. Always use the larger measurements when picking your size.
- Add your allowance. Add 1cm to 1.5cm to your foot length, then match it against the Length column in our size chart.
